In recent decades, the worsening of environmental problems, such as, for example, global warming, pollution, scarcity of drinking water, loss of biodiversity; economic issues, such as the gap in the financial system vis-à-vis the real economy; and human problems such as migration, access to energy, etc., together with the strengthening of the globalization of consumer markets and value chains, brought new challenges to a world in profound transition. These new challenges require Personal, Executive, Political, and responsible, holistic Leadership to support the process of transforming individuals and organisations into society.
Today, we need leaders with greater sensitivity to the “social field” in which they operate and a greater capacity to develop models of co-creation and participatory decision-making, linking the space of possible options to the collective future they “feel” is emerging. We believe that change in organisations, communities, or society in general inevitably begins with the transformation of each individual.
Bringing together faculty with excellent business experience on the theme of Personal and Executive Leadership and calling for the use of innovative tools and methodologies, the course was designed to enable participants to begin an individual transformation process grounded in reflection and self-knowledge. At the same time, as they acquire tools and practices of participatory and humanistic leadership, they improve their ability to work as a team and to organise collective initiatives.
Throughout the course, participants learn:
To develop characteristics of Individual and Social Leadership.
To develop your personal, organizational and social skills.
To establish good relations with the social field that forms the ecosystem of stakeholders to lead.
To recognise the importance of emotions and relationships in the decision-making process.
Through new concepts and methods, bringing together people and resources, to trigger and manage operations of innovation and profound change using methodologies to support collective decision-making.
To maintain dialogue and communication in difficult or social conflict situations. In an open, authentic, comprehensive and non-violent way.
