Opening minds and expanding horizons are my primary goals as a speaker.

When I was young, I was very sure of my world and held fierce certainties. Over the years, I encountered other worlds and realised that there are no certainties in life. Thus, at present, I constantly seek experiences to enrich my world and look for the uncertainties behind the greatest truths of life and organisations.

Life has taught me that it is easier to work and live by looking at things from different perspectives. In my work as a teacher and researcher, I watch as subjects explode into sub-subjects and so on.

The depth of what we believe to be real is one of the greatest illusions of the human condition. That is why I dedicate myself to rethinking almost everything. I have countless questions about everything they say is right. What I like most about my “work” is that I no longer love certainties but uncertainties. There are always countless views on the “truth”, and there is always someone with the “untruth”.

As a speaker, I explore some fundamental lines of human experience, including Life in Life and Life in Organisations. How to work and live better, how to draw out the best in each employee, how to create meaning and purpose for organisations through resonant and positive leadership, and how to create spaces of productivity and satisfaction by generating creative and positive environments.

We all spend a lot of time in organisations. Today, companies are among the greatest potential places to foster employee satisfaction in living and working. Professionally, my motto is to inspire executives to work and live better. Delivering thought-provoking and disruptive communications within organisations is one way to achieve that. As a speaker, I dare most to explore new ways and ideas in organisations.
