This workshop looks  at 7 essential “truths” to personal and professional success.

  • Relationships – Communication & Enjoyment,
  • Decision Making – Authenticity & Internal and External Dialogues,
  • Sensitivity – Emotions & Feelings & Attitude,
  • Action – Authentic Communication & Beliefs,
  • Vision – Intuition & Empathy & Discernment and
  • Believe – Integrative Capacity.
Objectives
  • Develop skills of self-awareness, self-control, empathy and interpersonal relationships,
  •  Increase self-esteem and personal satisfaction,
  •  Develop communication and dialogue skills,
  • Overcoming behavioral and mental boundaries,
  • Increased motivation and personal influence,
  • Preparation for more advanced leadership modules.
Target

 All people/employees who in social and organizational contexts want to learn to integrate and take on their Leadership. Whether or not they are in directive functions.

Pedagogical Methods and Techniques

A playful-pedagogical dynamic is privileged, based on short theoretical expositions, serving only to frame the trainee in the action themes, supported by: Slides / films, Individual Questionnaires, Individual Exercises, Group Exercises, Group Dynamics, Debates , Case Studies, Role plays.
