  1. Self-Awareness and Genuinity: A leader is aware of his or her strengths, limitations, and emotions. Show the courage to be genuine and reveal the true face to your employees. Gather capacity to review and update their mental paradigms and models in the face of new information.

A playful-pedagogical dynamic is privileged, based on short theoretical expositions, serving only to frame the trainee in the action themes, supported by Slides / Films, Individual Questionnaires, Individual Exercises, Group Exercises, Group Dynamics, Debates, Case Studies, “Roleplays”.

This training was developed in collaboration with João Correia and will be held with his participation.

João is involved in practices and training in social communication technologies, leadership and human development, such as Perceptive Psychopedagogy, Biodanza, Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication and Way of Council. Studied Psychology, worked in Audiovisual Productions and several projects of Theater, Dance, Journalism, and Training (CAP). 

Its mission is to develop skills and resources to discover the identity, expression, and heart of authentic leadership that inspires quality and growing interpersonal relationships among people to implement win-win scenarios.
