In a society where logic and rationality are often overemphasised, Human Leadership reclaims the power of experience, connection, and presence. An evolved leader is not only someone who knows but also, and most importantly, someone who is. They embody consciousness, feel the world deeply, and act from an integrated wisdom where body, mind, and spirit are in harmony. When leadership arises from an evolved humanity, it transcends positions and hierarchies, becoming a beacon for collective growth and genuine transformation worldwide.
In the last century, from the 1970s to the 1990s, based on Claire Graves’ theory of human development, the “emerging cyclical levels of existence” (known as E-C or ECLET), Don Edward Beck and Christopher Cowan developed the Spiral Dynamics model, which Ken Wilber later incorporated into his Spiral Dynamics Integral (Sdi). This model examines human development through the progression of consciousness levels. Introduced in 1966 by Claire Graves in Harvard Business Review, this model was initially linked to the evolution of consciousness in organisations and to the analysis of the perceptual evolutionary state, rather than to the development of biological or physical conditions.
This model prompted me to consider the most appropriate way to understand “human maturity” and the best approach to human evolution. Is it a reference to consciousness, the biological body, or the condition of life in its earthly existence? How could we investigate the development of Life in its terrestrial existence?
This question stayed with me and challenged me. H24 was the answer. A human matrix based on the idea of creating 24 existential life cycles, experiential moments that empower the internal emancipation of Life through behavioural experiences that liberate the flow of Life energy in every part of your body.
Inspired by the design of the human body, the h24 matrix recognises that each stage of human evolution, from the most vital and instinctive to the most elevated and transcendental, plays a crucial role in how we connect with the world, make decisions, and motivate others. For genuine and transformative leadership, we require development that goes beyond technical or cognitive skills, reaching the core of who we are and how we express ourselves, both in the corporate realm and in life.

By organising the matrix H24 around the body’s centres, we propose a model that honours human complexity: from the base, where the foundations of security and vitality are rooted, through the realms of creativity, communication, and collaboration, to the highest levels, where systemic vision, ethics, and purpose are held. This approach not only enables a comprehensive understanding of each leader’s challenges but also provides practical tools to help individuals develop their potential, taking into account their biological and emotional rhythms.
Human leadership is not just an abstract idea or a fleeting trend; it is a vital necessity in a world that increasingly values connection, authenticity, and positive impact. Companies and organisations are not merely logical systems or figures in financial reports – they are living entities made up of people who feel, create, and seek meaning. Only when we recognise this human dimension can we genuinely transform how we lead, inspire, and shape the future.
Therefore, H24 Human Leadership Matrix is more than just a development model: it is an invitation to explore a leadership rooted in the body, voiced through the mind, and expressed through the soul. This form of leadership does not impose but inspires; it doesn’t merely create processes but awakens potential; it is not limited to success but strives to build a lasting legacy.
This matrix fosters a growth journey that goes beyond technical skills and explores the core of being. The aim is not to train leaders through repeated formulas, but to support the natural development that turns an individual into a role model and source of inspiration for others.
Leadership is not imposed; it is innate. It develops as each person embraces their authenticity, recognises their challenges, and fully integrates life’s lessons.
A Being Centred Approach
The sustainability of future civilisation begins with your personal sustainability. Therefore, we need a new Human Leadership in which each person can lead their biological and existential life. In this way, every individual on the planet becomes an active ally in defending the new society and creating a new Humanity; an autonomous, active, and free cooperator dedicated to protecting the greater good of humanity, the lives of all human beings and other peoples on this planet.

When we listen deeply to ourselves, it becomes clear to everyone that humanity needs to change and evolve. Hence, the need to develop leadership focused on humanity, grounded in a standard, natural, and fundamental destiny to preserve humanity’s value.
In this culture, the most significant progress for all is the creation of a new human civilisation. Where global challenges demand innovative, collaborative, and sustainable solutions, a new perspective on leadership is vital. Human leadership should be viewed as a path to personal growth, emphasising not only results and performance but, above all, the value of the human being as a whole. Unlike traditional methods that focus on ‘teaching to do’, human leadership is centred on ‘teaching to be’, creating space for individuals to discover and express their best qualities while contributing to the collective good.

The concept and system of human leadership were created to serve you first and guide you toward becoming more human. You will then set an example of humanity that inspires others.
By prioritising people, human leadership seeks to create a new society and a new humanity.
I –Live, experience and honour the universality of each human being, their nature.
II –Integrate and develop diversity, the right to human difference.
III – Differentiate, accept, and promote human diversity in collectivity.
IV – Embrace love and honour human nature, its universality.
The result of your human integration will be the development of a confident, fearless, loving, affectionate, and humane person, both towards yourself and others. Human leadership prioritises you and your development, ultimately fostering effective leadership of others. Not because you desire to lead, but because others want to follow you.
As a system of human development, human leadership was designed to foster love, not dominance, enabling humanity itself to naturally emerge from all human beings. Seeking the best for themselves and others, leaders will first reveal themselves and then others.
It is essential to recognise that, although rooted in ancient wisdom, the Human Leadership model structured by the H24 Matrix is not simply a repetition of old ideas. Instead, it is an innovative tool that can be explored at each life cycle or at different levels of each centre of power, enabling a deeper understanding of what it means to be human. The matrix is not presented as a fixed structure but as a dynamic starting point for human evolution, offering a new perspective on the human condition and inspiring behaviours of humanity to be put into practice.
The distinctiveness of this model lies in its comprehensive approach. Unlike traditional personal development and leadership models, which mainly emphasise the logical mind and intellectual learning, the H24 Human Leadership Matrix focuses on the whole body. Physicality is not merely a way of life but a higher purpose of humanity. The human body is both the start and the end, the origin and destination of all human experience. Therefore, the true leader naturally arises from an evolved humanity, rather than purely from intellectual knowledge. Leadership reflects the qualitative growth of each person, an authentic expression of their maturity and inner state.

The H24 matrix encourages a new perspective in which human well-being becomes the primary aim of the social structure as a whole. More than a static framework, it is a living map, continually evolving and adaptable to each person’s practice, relevant in social and organisational settings. The profound transformation of this model lies in its ability to redefine humanity. Instead of focusing solely on efficiency and productivity, it encourages a return to the core of what it means to be human, recognising that personal development underpins societal progress.
Human Leadership Principles
Here are some key principles of Human Leadership that set it apart from other leadership models.
- One of the fundamental principles of human leadership is to support individuation, which recognises each person’s uniqueness. Instead of shaping individuals to adhere to predefined standards, this leadership approach encourages them to explore their own essence, enabling their talents and potential to surface genuinely. This principle contrasts with more technical, functional leadership styles, which often focus solely on developing specific skills without considering the human aspect. For Human Leadership, the primary focus is on People.
- Aiming to humanise the development of Humanity, learning centred on awareness of the human condition is another vital principle. This involves fostering a deep understanding of who we are as human beings, with our limitations, contradictions, and possibilities. This type of learning extends beyond simply acquiring technical knowledge; it emphasises developing awareness, self-awareness, and empathy—essential tools for fostering more meaningful relationships and creating fairer societies.
- With humanity as its utopia – that is, its goal – another distinctive feature of human leadership is its focus on broadening solidarity and understanding of the human condition. This principle inspires leaders to foster cooperation and unity and to champion education for peace. Unlike competitive and hierarchical approaches, this approach emphasises developing communities that value diversity and respect, and connect individual progress with collective well-being.
- Human leadership also recognises the importance of developing all kinds of intelligence within the human body. This means that it’s not enough to focus solely on cognitive and rational abilities; we must also value bodily, emotional, and intuitive forms of intelligence. By fostering a deeper understanding of oneself and the world, this approach encourages individuals to feel, live, and honour Life in all its richness.
- From a holistic perspective, human leadership emphasises the multidimensional nature of human beings, recognising them as biological, psychological, social, emotional, and rational entities. This understanding challenges reductionist models that see individuals merely as resources or tools, emphasising the interconnectedness of all aspects of life. By adopting this approach, leaders are encouraged to create environments that honour and integrate all facets of human existence.
- Embracing and respecting differences also play a vital role in human leadership. Each individual follows their own timeline and growth journey, and leaders must learn to honour these unique qualities to create more inclusive environments. In this way, they allow individuals to flourish at their own pace and enrich the collective with their distinctive contributions.
- Recognising innate talents that often remain hidden in environments focused solely on productivity, another key principle is nurturing the inherent potential within every individual. Human leadership supports this by encouraging reality-based learning experiences. Through learning by doing and experimenting, individuals develop new skills, broadening their understanding of the world and themselves.
- Finally, human leadership nurtures the Anthropoetic sense, which unites the individual, society, and species. This principle highlights the importance of recognising planetary consciousness, urging leaders to act responsibly and sustainably towards the planet and future generations.
The triad “training, transformation, action” summarises this approach, encouraging people to learn to know, to be, to do, and to live together in an integrated and transformative manner, with humanity, both as a whole and in each individual, as the ultimate aim of all actions, projects, dreams, and ambitions of society.
