Team Assessment and Development
  1. From the different personal assessments and the set of individual profiles, the identity of the group and the identification of its gaps are traced. 
  2. For each group, a specific development program will be developed according to the shortcomings. These programs are implemented for teams as well as high potential groups and emerging leaders.
  3. Group sessions are developed to work; the purpose of the group, through a shared vision and identity to create emotional elements of cohesion. 
  4. Appropriate leadership styles are assessed for the group to create effective, emotionally resonant leadership in all group participants.
