The Way of Council for Organizations

As a result of the current social and economic crisis, we are witnessing the accelerated emergence of a new world, reinforcing the need for organisations to support changes in attitudes and behaviours driven by new social and individual realities.
The individual is changing, and so too is the way to work and participate in
organisations: teleworking, remote leadership, time management, focus
on the essential, the revolution of ideas and new ways of working the
spraying of organisational space and new ways of working in non-
centralised “teams”.
Change is there, and it’s inevitable. And the future is unpredictable.
Thinking better about the future seems to be, at this stage, even more
important.
Therefore, this proposal is to look at organisational transformation through
the intelligence and wisdom of Collective Intelligence, which through
collaboration and effort of all parties, administration, management, and
Teams will create a new institutional workplace and well-being. A
new culture supported at its best.
Attitudes and mindset are important for learning and innovation, but are easier said than done. Changing is difficult.

The Practice of Collective Intelligence in Council
The purpose is to develop a culture and practice of interpersonal
relationships, collaboration, and dialogue.
A daily practice of knowing how to listen, feel, think, collaborate,
communicate and decide collectively, which we call “The Way of Council”.
The Way of Council is a practice centred on active listening, sharing, and
empathy. It’s a practice using the power of sharing and storytelling as a
tool for personal development and group dynamics.
The purpose of the practice is to facilitate the personal development of
individuals and dynamic groups, through the creation of personal
reflection, learning, and to improve active listening and
communications competencies.
The practice also expands a clearer feeling of self-awareness, self-
belonging and, through shared experiences, of profound connection to
other people.
