6º LEADERSHIP MINDS – Psychodynamics – 12h
We are the result of our experiences
This training aims to bring awareness to executives and future leaders of the behavioural psychodynamics behind each leadership style.
All human behaviours have motivations and reasons unknown to us. The subconscious mind prevails, and the unconscious is usually the master of behaviours in leadership. Behind all human behaviour is rational, conscious or unconscious.
The art of leadership is touched by the “marks” of each executive. Personal stories influence behaviours, interpersonal relationships, the power of influence and persuasion, as well as leadership style; what they do, why they do it and how they do it. The forces that affect the executive’s ability to decide and act consciously are complex.
Without awareness of who they are and, in awareness, of how emotions operate internally in decision-making and behavioural dynamics, executives are influenced by unconscious patterns in their life experience.
This workshop examines the psychological influences on executives’ behaviour within organisations. Many executives are shaped by stories from their childhood. Their “inner theatre” and some inner themes may conflict, creating a personality in which the “scripts” acquired in childhood are true psychic prisons. Dysfunctional for the world of your adult life and work.
