Over the last two centuries, we have seen the evolution of organisational structures as technologies and human consciousness have evolved.

Globally, there is a profound revolution in the concepts, models, and ideas of what an organisation is, what its culture is, and how to structure goods and people around a business model. Organisations of the past have been structurally volatilised, giving rise to boundaryless, often faceless digital models.

This workshop aims to bring, in a practical way, to the debate and the sharing of ideas, case studies of some organisations and of the companies represented by the students, with a renewed look at how it is possible to develop new profitable business models in companies that balance economic profitability. with the social well-being of its employees in positive models of individual and collective responsibility.
