By continuously updating and improving human relations centred on honesty, transparency, and empathy, this training solidifies a culture of authentic communication in situations of apparent conflict through practical, effective, and productive learning.

Goals

Lead in Authenticity
  1. Self-Awareness and Genuinity: A leader is aware of his or her strengths, limitations, and emotions. Show the courage to be genuine and reveal your true face to your employees. Gather capacity to review and update their mental paradigms and models in the face of new information.
  2. Lead by the Heart: A leader leads with his heart, not just his mind. Lead by example. Not afraid to show emotions and vulnerability if appropriate. I communicate directly, with empathy and authenticity, to inspire and build motivation, trust, and respect.
  3. Curiosity and Courage: Recognise the questions that matter, identify the ones that lead to the necessary changes, and know how to pursue them with courage (face difficult answers). Knowing how to ask questions that strengthen the ability to learn, update and increase the output capacity of a person, team or organisational system serving a common goal.
  4. Perception of nuances and generating innovation: Being able to capture subtleties and not mere patterns of information. Being able to build new meaning and knowledge of the information available and not simply rehearse limiting concepts, allowing you to resolve conflicts, find innovative solutions and inspire organisations to their best.

Pedagogical Methods and Techniques

A playful-pedagogical dynamic is privileged, based on short theoretical expositions that frame the trainee in action themes, supported by Slides/Films, Individual Questionnaires, Individual Exercises, Group Exercises, Group Dynamics, Debates, Case Studies, and “Roleplays”.

Partnership

This training was developed in collaboration with João Correia and will be held with his participation.
João is involved in practices and training in social communication technologies, leadership, and human development, including Perceptive Psychopedagogy, Biodanza, Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and Way of Council. Studied Psychology, worked in Audiovisual Productions and several projects of Theatre, Dance, Journalism, and Training (CAP).
Its mission is to develop the skills and resources to discover the identity, expression, and heart of authentic leadership that inspire high-quality, growing interpersonal relationships and enable win-win outcomes.
